About the RoleJoonHee Micron Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Production Planner to join our dynamic team based in Port Klang, Selangor.
As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in the purchasing, procurement, and inventory management functions of our manufacturing operations.

What You'll Be Doing
Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
Analyze production capacity and demand forecasts to balance workloads.
Oversee the timely procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted production.
Manage and maintain inventory levels to optimize storage and minimize wastage.
Liaise with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless material flow and accurate reporting.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar material management or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize inventory and procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing business requirements.
Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
