Production Planner

Job Title: QA Manager
We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of QA Manager.
The candidate must be aggressive, independent, analytical, possess leadership skills, and be a very responsible and hardworking person.
Responsibilities:Troubleshoot quality issues and oversee customer complaints immediately with the cooperation of the lab team.
Conduct internal training for staff when necessary.
Ensure the production area and machines are always in good condition to ease the team during customer and relevant authority audits and reduce downtime (cost savings).
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are strictly observed during production washing, and maintain cleanliness in the factory's internal and external areas at all times.
Fill in the shell form for eggs received (date, invoice number, suppliers, grade, quantity), and issue GRNs for any rejected items.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.

We are halal, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC2200, and veterinary certified, supplying to confectionery, sauces, F&B outlets, hotels, caterers, etc.
