To meet production planning's KPI & ensure on time delivery.
To schedule and monitor all respective customer order advice received.
To ensure sufficient raw material is available to satisfy all customer orders and initiate purchase requests for raw material to cater for new customer intake/forecast.
To track and report production output performance plans versus actual.
To communicate with the production floor on the scheduled plan, capacity required, and outstanding schedule report.
To work and communicate closely with the floor, liaising with the sales team on recovery plans for all orders with backlog problems.
To communicate with the production floor on any changes in quantity and delivery date based on sales feedback.
Create and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient utilization of resources and on-time delivery of products.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information throughout the production process.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and address issues that may impact production timelines.
Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
