Production Planning, Executive (Planner)

_**Qualification**_- Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering/Science or equivalent- Working experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage- **Fresh Graduate encouraged to apply**- **Skills**_- Possess strong leadership- Able to communicate fluently in English and B. Malaysia- Computer literate to handle Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point- Strong leadership and good in managing workers to up hold productivity.- Able to work with all levels within the organization- Consistent in record taking and record keeping- Analytical, observant, timely and accurate in production/material planning- **Job Responsibilities;**_- Synchronize and balance the manufacturing capacities (i.e. raw materials stock, packing materials availability, hand molds availability, machine lines capacity, off line powder free process capacity) of the factory in a pro-active manner.- Oversee operation functions across production, compounding, maintenance, packing, and powder free processes to maximize efficiency and monitor works to be on schedule as per each work orders date.- Monitor and maintain the most optimum inventory quantity levels for gloves. Optimum shall mean adequate and not excessive to support order requirements.- Assist in overseeing and coordinating the distribution of most up to date work orders to purchasing operations, container planning operations and shipping operations.- Ensure good transfer of information between these functions to ensure on time deliveries of goods to customers.- Plan, monitor and coordinate with external gloves suppliers on quantity and deliveries of outsourced gloves.- Evaluate and plan to execute the priority customers' orders base on management's instruction.- To assist in monitoring usage of raw materials and chemicals per 1000pcs. of output to facilitate production dipping.- To perform any job/task as per instruct by superior from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- On callSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
