Production Qc Executive

Develop / Improve PPD (Flaking, Beading, Drumming & Packaging Material receiving) inspection system & testing method, including SOP, checklist & record.- Report any abnormality to HOD and provide solution to resolve the problems. Notify team for any nonconforming product.- To monitor process flow in packaging plant is carried out accordingly as per SOP and come out with a report for any findings and conduct inspection to ensure system compliance.- Ensure all the SOP in PPD be carried out accordingly- prepare comprehensive and timely inspection report- Resolve all CPAR related to PPD and improve accordingly.- To check and ensure labelling, marking on packaging materials are all correct as per Sales Order in accordance to the customers' specification and requirement.- Verify Daily Inspection Pest Control.- To ensure pallets received by PPD all in good conditions.- Conduct inspection to ensure system compliance.- Handle disposal activity and related documentation.- Check condition of finished goods and gross weight before storage and monitor finished good in good conditions and are ready for delivery as per customer requirements.- To carry out other task as given by Head of Department / Superior as and when required.- To maintain and improve the standards of Safety and Health and Environment from time to time and the cleanliness of working place.- To adhere and implement follow the QHSE and Food Safety Management System and Responsible Care Program. Report immediately any safety incidents.- To ensure departmental reports submitted during the Management Review on the overall performance of QHSE and Food Safety Management System and Responsible Care Program and used as basis for continuous improvement on the overall management system.- To adhere and implement Energy Management System requirement**Job Requirement**:- Minimum Qualification - Degree / Diploma- Minimum three ( 3 ) years working experience.- Advantage with QHSE and Food Safety knowledge/working experience.- Mandarin speaker is a must.**Working hours** - Mon-Fri, 8.00 am to 5.45 pm**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Expected salary?- Notice period?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- QHSE: 3 years (preferred)- Food safety: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
