We are looking for a Production Reporting Officer to further strengthen our Production department.
As a Production Reporting Officer, you are required to check, analyse, validate, correct and report on the production data, replenishment of materials, and stock control in order to ensure all data regarding product process flows is complete and correct in the SAP.
Some of your main duties & responsibilities:
Gather all production data from involved parties (purchasing, production, logistics), evaluate by checking, matching, and comparing them with the bill of materials, ensuring completeness and correctness of data in the designated information systems.
Make necessary corrections, transfers, and adaptations (new packing, new codes, return, equivalence factor).
Ensure the periodical (daily, weekly, monthly) closing of specific transactions in the designated information systems as well as the technical closing (TECO) of all process orders and report on finalized process orders.
Set up the necessary reports, export them out of the designated information systems, and analyze the data (e.g., variances, efficiency, balance, etc.) on a shift/daily basis.
Report to internal parties, identify the possible sources of variances, initiate discussions with respective stakeholders, and come up with agreed corrective/preventive actions as a team, then monitor adherence.
Act as a key user in designated information systems or modules related to product or process flows, providing support to end users, elaborating change requests specifically regarding Production Reporting, and solving urgent issues.
Participate in and monitor the execution of or execute the cycle counts frequency at internal and/or external storage locations, report and escalate calamities/discrepancies regarding inventory quantities or values towards the Supply Chain Manager, and correct the data in the designated information systems.
Assist with documentation filing and traceability during audits.
Responsible for data entry in other regulatory-related software on a timely basis.
Responsible for PR creation and liaise with purchaser on purchasing.
Who are we looking for?

You have aminimum diplomain any field or equivalent through experience.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Good analytical skills, attentive to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
You have solid working experience in a production environment, preferably in the chemical industry.
You are willing to work inshift rotation .
You must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.
