Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day production activities to meet production targets.
Monitor and ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely repairs.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of production quality.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Monitor and maintain the performance of machinery and facilities to ensure optimal operation.
Identify and analyze areas for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement plans.
Monitor the progress and impact of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in production processes.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to address any production-related quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
Develop and maintain documentation related to production processes and quality standards.
Mentor and train production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the production team.
Identify training needs and work with HR to develop and deliver relevant training programs.
Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
Act as a liaison between production staff and management, addressing any concerns or issues.
Perform duties in compliance with the Company's Food Safety System, Environment Guidelines, Health and Safety Guidelines, and Policy and Procedures.
Perform tasks and work requirements as assigned.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Obtain similar experience in machine design, equipment repairs, production supervisory, or process control.
Interpersonal skills, communication skills, analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution, willingness to learn, adaptability, and self-discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
