Production / Shift Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for verifying worker attendance, ensuring worker performance complies with standard operating procedures, and maintaining a safe, healthy, clean, and tidy working environment.
Key challenge is to achieve production targets.
Ensure sufficient manpower to run daily production.
Coordinate with Production Technicians on daily production activities.
Monitor syrup manufacturing and packaging activities.
Monitor and ensure checking, reworking, and repacking of store, market return, and quarantined stock.
Machine troubleshooting or take action (inform superior/maintenance department) on breakdowns.
Monitor and ensure adequate levels of raw and packaging materials available for production.
Ensure pest control in certain areas is maintained.
