About the roleQuinform Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and motivated Production/Store Line Leader to join our team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our production and warehouse teams, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output.

What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and warehouse teams to meet daily targets and objectives
Ensure proper execution of standard operating procedures and quality control measures
Monitor inventory levels and manage the flow of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
Identify and address operational issues, implement process improvements, and provide recommendations for optimisation
Oversee the training and development of team members to enhance their skills and productivity
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production, inventory, and KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with broader business goals
What we're looking for

Computer Literate
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams
SPM Level or higher.
