Production Superintendent

Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial).
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must be willing to work atSenai , Johor area.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and manage a variety of resources in order to achieve on-time production of quality products.
Troubleshoot processes to reduce production-related problems.
Generate production reports and conduct the quarterly physical count.
Manage training, skill development, and growth of all staff to ensure multi-skill capability.
Control additional materials requests within budget guidelines.
Monitor daily lot completion to ensure fulfillment of customer shipment requirements.
Work together with all related departments to ensure new projects or new models progress smoothly according to plan.
Monitor and ensure production activity is compliant with ISO procedures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
