Production Supervisor (Food Industry)

Work closely with Production Execuitve / Planner for process improvement and production planning- Effectively supervise, coach, motivate and lead a team of production operators to acheive daily targets (output) with low rejection- Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure production plan is supported and meeting targets- Maintain good housekeeping in production area to ensure compliance to FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP and Halal and compliance to safety and work procedure- Organize and allocate machine operators to the Group Leaders in carrying out the daily tasks- Provide and record all trainings performed to workers- Ensure Group Leader performing their daily tasks in accordance to the written work instruction or standard operating procedure- Implement & enforcing company rules and regulations- Check and verify report submitted by Group Leaders. Actions to be taken when there is any incompliance or non-conformities.- Prepare & submit production daily, weekly and monthly reports- Conduct counselling and ensure workers' displinary issue & grievances are attended immediately- Report to Executive or Management on any problems which cannot be resolved- Must be willing to take on additional responsibilies and tasks as assigned by Top Management**REQUIREMENTS**:- Possess strong leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, initiative and able to work independently.- Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.- Required to work on shifts- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply- Applicants must be willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.- Own transport required**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kapar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
