Production Supervisor

Job Description:- Responsible to plan, monitor and supervise to ensure meeting production deadline with minimum wastage and damages.- Estimating quantities or determining time, cost, resources or material for each production to ensure maximum efficiency.- To ensure production quality specification is achieved.- Responsible on procurement of raw materials.- Responsible to ensure compliance and adherence to company's policies, work procedures and safety regulations.- Responsible to train and give guidance to factory employees and closely monitor and manage factory employees as and when necessary to maximize their abilities and performance.- Controlling and operating factory machineries and equipment to be always in good running conditions.- To be able to handle operating vehicles such as forklift and etc.- Perform any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by Management.**Requirements**:- Possesses a Diploma in Mechanical or any related field- 3 years of work experience in related field- Knowledge of manufacturing industry- Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
