Job Responsibilities:
Planning, leading, organizing, and taking corrective action on daily detective and output performance.
Conduct meetings with subordinates to fix quality, productivity, and improvement activities for the production line.
Ensure production runs smoothly according to scheduled plans and meets production schedules.
Summarize daily production and detective issues and report to the superior for necessary action.
Monitor and maintain good 5S practices and production at all times.
