Job Responsibilities:Team Supervision:Train, motivate, and oversee Line Leaders and Production Assistants to achieve daily targets.
Process Compliance:Communicate and monitor adherence to process changes and safety procedures.
Shift Coordination:Ensure smooth shift changeovers and provide feedback on production issues.
Production Management:Maintain equipment in production mode, escalate non-production uses, and initiate quality re-captures.
Planning and Reporting:Manage manpower and materials to meet targets, review WIP reports, and prepare output reports.
5S Implementation:Enforce 5S standards and compliance with SOPs.
Collaboration:Work with support groups on production matters.
People Management:Briefings and Reports:Lead daily briefings and prepare shift performance reports.
Welfare and Discipline:Address team grievances, handle minor and major misconduct, and coordinate cross-training.
Quality Accountability:Compliance Enforcement:Ensure SOP and specification compliance.
Defect Management:Verify and recapture defects, escalate issues, and follow up on quality performance changes.
Communication:Relay quality alerts and information to relevant teams.
Job Requirements:Diploma in Electrical Engineering, preferably with supervisory experience.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates with management backgrounds are welcome to apply.
