Job ResponsibilityPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESMachine Management
Operational Oversight: Supervise the setup, operation, and maintenance of all machineries.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize production downtime.
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and servicing of machines, coordinating with maintenance personnel and external service providers as necessary.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor machine performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and output.
SOPs: Creation of New SOPs - Review and Approval - Training - Implementation - Updating Existing SOPs.
Materials Management
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels of all printing materials, including paper, inks, and other consumables.
Purchasing: Coordinate with the purchasing team to order materials in a timely manner, ensuring that production is not interrupted due to material shortages.
Waste Reduction: Implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize the use of materials.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all materials meet the required quality standards before they are used in the production process.
Training and Development
New Employee Training: Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for new printing machine operators, covering machine operation, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Ongoing Training: Provide continuous training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills and keep up with technological advancements.
Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess the performance of operators and provide feedback and additional training as needed.
New machine/material/method: Provide continuous training and development opportunities on the new input to enhance the performance, quality and standards.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIESProduct/Service Research & Development
Market Research and Analysis in terms of machineries, materials, techniques and solution providing.
Idea Generation and Concept Development with Sales Team
Product and Service Development
Project Management

Job RequirementsProficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
Certificate, Diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in printing technology is preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a printing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of printing machinery, materials, and production processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs.
Commitment to quality and safety standards.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
