Production Supervisor

Job Description: Plan and follow up on daily planning and production achievement (KPI - OEE, efficiency, downtime, quality and safety) through proper communication with QA and Maintenance teamProviding training to staff members on food safety practices and procedures to ensure compliance with regulationsEstablishing work schedules and ensuring that employees are following them, as well as addressing issues that may arise during the work dayEstablishing work schedules and ensuring that employees are following them, as well as addressing issues that may arise during the work dayOverseeing the safety of the food preparation process by inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure they meet safety standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000)Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure that they are meeting standards of excellence.
