Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of the team members, ensuring task are completed in efficient and effective manner.Develop work schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.Onboarding new employees and providing on the job training to enhance skills and productivity.Assessing employees' performance through regular evaluations and feedback, addressing any issues that rise from time to time.Ensure employees are following all safety and operating procedures.To perform other ad-hoc duties as required.Requirements:
Candidate must possess a minimum education level at least Diploma in any related field.
