Production Supervisor

Checks manpower availability then reassigns tasks to fulfil the daily output target.Issues tools to the operators. Ensures tools and related equipment are in good working  order. Replace faulty tools. Report faulty equipment for repair or replacement.Checks availability and verifies quality of process materials and consumables. Replenish if necessary. Reject substandard supplies.Monitors progress and quality of operator's output. Takes immediate action to correct deviations. Attends daily Loss Court.Coordinates with other Production Supervisors to ensure uninterrupted work flow.Checks and monitors kiln temperature readings at prescribed intervals. Perform minor adjustments as required.Prepares attendance report, operator's output reports and daily WIP reports.Maintains discipline of operators. Reports misconduct and infractions to immediate superior. Trains and guides operators.Endorse outstanding activities to the succeeding shift supervisor.Ensures workplace is kept clean and safe at all times.

Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing industriesPreferably computer literate, especially in Words, Excels, and Power Points.Required skills: Supervisory, leadership and problem solving.Able to work shiftRequired language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
