Production Supervisor

Main Roles & Responsibilities PRODUCTION LINE MANAGEMENT
To plan and execute production activities according to master production schedule.To allocate man power and material usage to achieve optimum daily production output.To ensure 5S activities is practiced in production line.To ensure product quality meet company requirement.To ensure ISO & Safety requirement is practiced in production line.To train and enhance workers' skill and work knowledge.PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
To assist production engineer and engineering department to carry out process improvement activities.To assist production engineer and quality assurance department for product quality improvementOTHER RELATED TASKS
To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation as be referred to memo or letters. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Technical Certificate, / Diploma in Engineering or any fieldMinimum 5 years of full-time working experience in the related fieldPC Skills : Email, Microsoft Office (Excel and Words), SAP systemsProduction ManagementIn-line process improvementQuality ControlAir filter product knowledgeProblem solving and decision makingGood knowledge in work study and manufacturing standards
