Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring production targets are met.
Assigning workflow assignments and shift schedules.
Ensuring that production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
Inspecting production outputs according to company specifications.
Identifying and troubleshooting any production issues.
Prepare weekly progress reports for management.
Enforcing company, industry, and government regulations.
Requirements
Possess at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry with supervisory experience.
Minimum of SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Production Management/Engineering or equivalent requirements.
Proficient in trilingual ( Chinese-required to communicate with China colleagues and counterparts ; English; Malay).
Able to work within tight timelines.
Ability to travel locally and outstation.
