Production Supervisor

Job Description
Supervise daily activities at production lines and ensure subcontractor produce products of high quality & sufficient quantity.
Frequently communicate and report to factory head for any problems in this regard.
Supervise daily production & loading activities at assigned production lines.
Plan with factory head on casting regarding type of products & quantities to cast so that customer orders are fulfilled.
Follow production plan/schedules.
Perform routine checks on molds condition and whether molds are in correct specifications according to production drawings.
Ensure all products are stenciled with serial numbers daily for product identification & traceability.
Ensure correct concrete mix design is being used in accordance with production drawings and concrete ordered in correct quantities.
Coordinate with logistics department on loading activities and lorry estimated arrival time to ensure products are delivered to customer on time and according to specific requirements.
Supervise all activities to ensure they are done in a safe manner and adhere to site safety requirements.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering background.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Reliable, consistent work quality & independent.
