We are seeking a Production Supervisor with 3-5 years of work experience preferably in the paint, coating, or cement industry.
Responsibilities:Executing and planning daily and weekly production of finished goods.
Monitoring and reporting of raw materials to ensure adequacy.
Daily recording of raw materials usage and finished goods.
Ensuring production meets QA standards.
Assisting in the production of goods whenever possible.
Conducting regular safety checks on machinery, forklift, chemicals, and workers.
Working closely with the R&D department.
Conducting monthly stock checks.
Assigning workers to arrange E-Commerce packaging.
Reporting to the Sales & Admin Manager.
Minimum Requirements:SPM or equivalent.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in quality control.
