ResponsibilitiesNew products development:Implement the inspection of the timely output of development nodes and the quality of completion.
Mass production exception handling:Guide the analysis and resolution of difficult problems in mass production, establish and maintain "Common Problem Troubleshooting and Solutions".
Cost optimization:Organize the automation department to review the possible implementation plan of the full automation of the output process, and supervise the implementation of improvement measures.
New technology development:Develop and evaluate new automation technologies, improve product quality, and compress process cycles.
Team building:Establish a talent matrix, improve skills training channels, improve personnel comprehensive skills, and plan team activities.
