Production Supervisor (Precast)

Job Description: Plan, schedule, and manage the workforce to ensure the production/casting schedule is followed and targets are achieved.Monitor production processes for safety and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.Collaborate with the quality assurance department to maintain product quality.Identify root causes of production problems and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Manage inventory levels and coordinate with store/purchasing staff to ensure availability of raw materials and cast-in items according to the schedule.Prepare daily casting reports Ensure workers are adequately trained to perform their tasks.Perform any other assigned job function and take on new responsibilities as necessary. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Civil / Building / Construction / Mechanical Engineering or equivalentMinimum one (1) years related experience in Precast Concrete manufacturing.Knowledge in concrete repair & safety regulations is an added advantage.Candidates with site experience will also be considered.Independent, good leadership and problem-solving skills and able to meet deadlines.Knowledge in basic computer is required.Applicants must be willing to work in Pekan Nanas, Pontian, Johor.
