**Company Background**:**Company Benefits**:- Average performance bonus 2 months, pay out once a year in May.- Outpatient medical coverage extended to spouse & children (up to 18 years old).- Group insurance - term life, PA & hospitalization.- Annual leave starts from 14 days (Executive level).**Job Summary**:- To ensure no deviation and disciplinary problem at production.- To ensure production strictly follow WI.- To cooperate with R&D and Engineering department on product/process evaluation.- To ensure production output must achieve product specification/quality requirement.**Job Descriptions**:- To plan and execute production activities to meet delivery schedule.- To assist manager in line troubleshooting and part failure analysis.- To provide effective production flow and training to operators/technicians.- To monitor quality & output performance to achieve set targets/yield.- To control material inventory & ensure smooth run of production.- To control machine spare part/tooling inventory with Technician/Engineering.- To ensure company policies are strictly adhere by all subordinates.- To maintain good line moral and instils discipline among subordinates.- Responsible to ensure the enforcement and control of 5s, Safety and environmental protection in the respective area.- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Engineering/Manufacturing (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical).- At least 3 years in manufacturing environment.- If necessary, have the authority to stop production if any quality issue arise.- SAP system.- Epcos Purchasing system.- Must be willing to run on shift rotation in future (current have 1 or 2 supervisors only for HVC).- Current practise: Day shift 7am to 7pm (5 working day Monday -Friday).- In future when volume ramp up, must go on shift rotation 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am, and rest day may not be on weekend.- Manage about 30++ operators, not technicians (technicians managed by engineers).**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Tebrau: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)
