Production Supervisor- Senai

Setting daily/weekly/monthly production tasks and schedules, communicating them to workshop employees.- Preparing and submitting production reports.- Responsible for workshop employee's attendance (attendance report, leaves, MC etc).- Accomplish workshop staff results by planning, monitoring, communicating job expectations; motivating and appraising job results; disciplining and coaching employees; coordinating, initiating and enforcing systems, procedures and policies.- Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company quality system, company safety standards, and customer requirements.**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
