Responsibilities
Based on existing workforce to do production manpower planningFeedback and react if any production abnormal issuesQuality Assurance control and verification on daily production output.Maintains production 5S and disciplinary managementManage to control the production progress to ensure the delivery on time.Production analysis and review.Work order closing and work report managementReview of achievement status from various production targetsCultivation of multi-skilled workers and shift leadersClosely monitor the daily target and output quality.  Requirement
Minimum Diploma holder or aboveMinimum 5 years' relevant experiences is a MUST.MST be able to speak Mandarin.
