Roles, Responsibilities and Job Expectations
Leading and supervising Assembly cleanroom section, monitoring daily activities such as manpower, shiftly planning, attendance, safety & disciplines of subordinates.
Ensure the timely delivery of all products in required quality and at reasonable cost level.
Initiate and ensure the continuous improvement in process and 5S at work environment to increase productivity and maintain safety.
Ensure adequate training and qualification of Assembly shift employee.
Ensure the equipment, stations, jigs and fixtures autonomous maintenance carry out according to schedule.
Ensure optimum stock level at both finished goods store and material kitting area to meet demand and delivery requirement.
Ensure a proper setup by using the equipment, jigs/fixture and parts with correct program and parameters for assembly & test processes. Troubleshoot and solve any leakage issue during the leak test process.
Ensure accurate information in D365 (i.e. Inventory, cost, quality, delivery leadtime) with an accurate data entry and also timely transactions.
Ensure proper maintenance of procedure and perform task according to documentation.
Ensure a timely recording with accurate reporting of production status especially the departmental KPI.
Ensure adequate 4M readiness for smooth production such as manpower, raw material, jigs/fixture, as well as assembly stations availability.
Communicate with respective departments in case of any quality issues, parts & components availability and also if any critical delivery timelines.
Provide coaching to line leaders and assemblers.
Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Key Competencies and Skills
Diploma / Degree in Sciences / Engineering.
5 years of experience in similar cleanroom assembly processes.
3 years of supervisory experience in similar production environment.
Prefer to possess knowledge in leak testing, material handling/kitting.
Experienced in manpower/capacity planning.
Employee leadership.
Microsoft Office.
