Production Techinician

JOB OBJECTIVE To support production during operation, troubleshooting on any machinery/ equipment failures, and perform maintenance regularly.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 1.To conduct consistent checking on the functionality and safety related matter for all the machinery/ equipment. 
2.Ensuring products quality requirements are met at all time. 
3. Troubleshoot machinery/ equipment when there is any breakdown, identify root cause and perform repair. 
4. Perform line conversion & set up according to the procedure. 
5. Perform scheduled maintenance to prolong the machine life span. 
6. Ensure all processes are well function during production. 
7. Ensure 5S and good housekeeping at the work place. 
8. Perform any other pertinent responsibility that may be assigned occasionally as required by Top Management or immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Min SPM/ SKM/ Diploma/ Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical or equivalent qualification.Min 5 years of working experience in related field. Experience and good fundamental on mechanical and electrical.  Experience in high volume manufacturing. Experience in operating fully automated machinery. Experience and knowledge in ISO13485 is an advantage.Skills in using MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel).
