Production Technical Operator

To maintain all plant equipment's , machines and accessories in good condition in order for production to meet targets ( quality and Quantity) and ensure at all times correct can and carton codes are used.
· To ensure safety, personal hygiene,GMP at work place.
· To install, maintain, repair & troubleshoot equipment's and machines efficiently.
· To ensure jobs completed within timeline.
· To record production, machine data & checklist accurately and promptly
· To conduct planned / preventive maintenance according to S.O.P and works instruction.
· To ensure tools are in good condition and at correct place ( practise 5S )
· To report any equipment fault, spare part usage to superior for further action.
To carry out assignment given by supervisor from time to time.
