New Machine / Line set up and data collection for new machine / line qualification.
Maintain vision system performance to ensure detection system is effective.
Participate in workshop for improvement in Quality, Cost and Delivery.
Assist engineer for evaluation and troubleshooting.
Ensure all tools, jigs, and fixtures are maintained in good condition.
Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures and legal requirements at all times.
Perform troubleshooting on assembly machines/tooling and perform related repairs/adjustments.
Read & understand technical drawings and perform daily measurements.
Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): AutoCad, CNC.
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
