A Level-E academic at Monash University Malaysia's School of Business is expected to take on significant leadership roles, fostering excellence in research, professional activities, and policy development across academic disciplines, the school, the university, and the broader community.
We are specifically seeking an experienced researcher who will spearhead advanced research initiatives, aligning with and furthering the school's strategic research clusters: Sustainable Business, Digital Transformation, and Thriving Communities.
Experienced researchers in entrepreneurship and innovation, consumer behaviour and marketing, environmental, social and governance reporting, and financial technology and technology applications in business will be preferred.
The candidate should exhibit a profound capability to generate impactful research, particularly in one or more of the above key areas, and to forge strong partnerships with industry and the community to enhance the application and relevance of our research efforts.
This role is critical in elevating the School of Business's commitment to addressing contemporary business challenges, contributing significantly to our mission of fostering an environment of academic and practical excellence through targeted, meaningful research endeavours.
The successful candidate will be appointed to one of the seven departments that best matches their expertise.
