We have a full-time Program Coordinator and Facilitator position available.
The role of the facilitator is to coordinate, facilitate, and conduct programs.
Detailed job description is as follows:
To coordinate, facilitate, and supervise a variety of indoor and outdoor programs and camps for children.
Design, explore, experiment, and prepare programs and activities for children of different age groups.
Job RequirementsHas a diploma/degree in Teaching or Early Childhood Education or Outdoor/Recreation or Sports Science or equivalent.
Possess a good command of both written and spoken English.
Ability to converse and write in Malay or Chinese is a plus.
Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in teaching or educating children.
Must be able to handle and work well with children of all ages.
This is a very important element that the company places great emphasis on.
This position requires you to be in nature and outdoors most of the time; hence, you must be able to adapt to being in the outdoor environment constantly.
We occasionally conduct programs during the weekends; hence, you must be able to work during the weekends with off days on weekdays.
We conduct overnight camps for children; hence, you must be able to stay overnight during camp time.
Must be a team player, able to adapt well to different situations, quick-witted with good leadership skills.
You would be required to travel to schools and centers to conduct programs; hence, you should have your own transportation that allows you to move around.
Traveling allowance is provided.
