Junior Executive - Program Coordinator and Student Services is responsible for managing academic or training programs, screening and matching students to appropriate programs, and overseeing student affairs to ensure a supportive experience.
The role also includes the management of the Student Management System (SMS) to ensure effective documentation, communication, and resolution of student-related issues.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Screening and SelectionDevelop and execute a robust screening process to evaluate student applications against academic prerequisites, skills, and program requirements.
Review application materials, including academic records, resumes, and supporting documents, to shortlist eligible candidates.
Conduct interviews, aptitude tests, or other assessments to evaluate student suitability.
Work with faculty and program heads to finalize selections and ensure the selection process is fair, transparent, and documented.
Student Services and WelfareAct as the main point of contact for student inquiries, grievances, and support services.
Manage the onboarding process for new students, ensuring smooth integration into academic or training programs.
Address student issues related to academics, financial aid, personal challenges, or housing by coordinating with relevant departments.
Plan and execute student engagement activities, including workshops, seminars, and well-being initiatives.
Promote a culture of inclusivity and support for student mental health and overall well-being.
SMS (Student Management System)Oversee the maintenance and operation of the SMS to ensure accurate student records and efficient communication.
Input and update student information, including enrollment details, grades, and feedback.
Generate reports from the SMS for tracking attendance, academic progress, and placement outcomes.
Train staff and students on SMS usage to enhance adoption and effectiveness.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the SMS and liaise with the IT department or vendors for resolution.
Program Planning and CoordinationDesign and implement programs aligned with academic standards, industry trends, and student needs.
Develop comprehensive program plans, including schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
Coordinate logistics such as venue arrangements, virtual learning platforms, and materials distribution.
Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of program activities, addressing any operational issues promptly.
Monitoring and EvaluationCreate and maintain systems for tracking student participation, program completion, and placement success.
Collect feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing key metrics for management review, including screening results, student welfare issues, and placement outcomes.
Leverage data from the SMS and other tools to drive decision-making and continuous improvement in processes.
Administrative and Logistical SupportMaintain organized records of student activities, grievances, and resolutions in the SMS and other systems.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and external regulatory requirements in all student-related processes.
Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and placement drives.
QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Psychology, IT, or a related field.
ExperienceMinimum of 1-3 years of experience in program coordination and student services.

Proven experience managing a Student Management System (SMS) or equivalent platforms is highly advantageous.
