Program Coordinator - Scheduling

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our team! If you are a self-driven and outgoing professional we would love to meet you! You will help carry out essential operational duties and manage all community communications at the Centre.To be excellent in the position, you must be detail-oriented, familiar with media content creation, and comfortable working with diverse people. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee the daily operation and act as the face and voice of our Centre.Responsibility- Set, plan and implement the content of media and campaign strategies.- Built and manage communications to clients in a timely manner.- Monitor, track and report on feedback and reviews.- Support planning, schedule and coordination of programmes and activities.- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.- Prepare paperwork, update records and create reports.- Support growth and program development.- Any other ad hoc duties are given by managementRequirement- Verbal & writing skills in English, Malay and Chinese.- Interpersonal and presentation skills.- Experience planning and execution initiatives.- Able to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team with others.- Photo Editing, Video Editing and Social Media Marketing are advantages.PWD, Freshly graduated, Part-timers and Students are welcome to applySalary negotiable based on skillsets**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus**Language**:- Malay (required)- Chinese (required)
