JOB SUMMARY
Act as the primary liaison between the customer and all functional groups in the company to ensure the customer needs are met.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate customer's needs effectively to all functional groups
Responsible and ownership for Request for Quotation (RFQ) submission
Bill of Materials (BOM) setup in SAP system
Responsible to raise internal Engineering Change Order (ECO) & manage that once receive official Engineering Change Notice (ECN) from customer.
Project Management of New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure it is timely, accurate and with good quality.
Manage phase in phase out, control/qualification build activities
Active Management of NPI materials to make sure obsoleted or inactive materials after NPI builts are resolved with customer timely
Lead the change management.
Quarterly or/and yearly cost saving exercise with customer or/and internally.
Keep abreast of customers, technology and business roadmap.
EXPERIENCE :
Experience in SAP database management is preferred
Familiar with BOM structure and project planning is preferred.
