Job SummaryProject Driver for Community ProjectsEngagement with stakeholders & partnersEngagement with beneficiariesCoordinates foundation communication work with QI communication teamResponsibilities:Manage the implementation of project and ensure reporting is on time.Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its related scope.Enforce project standards.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Engage in budget preparation process and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.Set and continually manage project expectations with stakeholders.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Track project milestones and deliverables.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the stakeholders/partners, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.Minimize exposure and risk on projects.Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendation report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Develop best practices and tools for project execution.Conduct site visits to project implementation sites to ensure the project is implemented as agreed.Complete other duties and activities as needed and requested by the HOD.Qualifications:Minimum bachelor's degree from accredited college/university, graduate degree in related field (Social Science) preferred.Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications.Requirements:Total years of working experience: minimum two years.Total years in the job experience: preferably 1 year experience in project management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
