Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the department's objectives and customers.
RFQ submission on time and meet customer's expectations.
Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Work with a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyze and strategize short- and long-term planning on SWOT.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Engineering or related field.
Science degree candidates may apply.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Proven experience managing a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
English and Mandarin language proficiency is preferred due to close communication and collaboration with overseas eastern and western customers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
