Program Manager - Asia Pacific

**JOB SUMMARY**:To serve as the business and relationship owner of an assigned portfolio of corporate clients, providing consultative and strategic program guidance to customers.**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Establish and cultivate strong multi-level relationships within clients' organization, becoming the trusted partner for travel related matters- Build awareness and knowledge of any strategic changes within the client organization and recommend formulation of "best-fit" strategy.- Develop and execute business plans through strong understanding of client's business strategy, goals, key priorities, and challenges- Provide accurate client sales forecasting, through deep understanding of client business, as well as awareness of industry and economic factors.- Proactively identify account risk and lead client retention planning, in alignment with regional and global strategy- Capitalize on opportunities to improve account profitability and increase incremental revenue through pricing adjustments, technology introduction or other upselling opportunities- Deliver quarterly business (or ad-hoc) reviews to clients, as well as provide recommendations that are aligned to client objectives / business plan- Host client travel forums to address the objectives of the client- Work in close collaboration with all internal functions, including Operations, Technology and Finance teams, to ensure client expectations are achieved**REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably within an account management or sales role.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels comfortably.- Accustomed with analysing, interpreting, and presenting large data sets- Commercially aware, resilient, and tenacious personality who thrives working independently or within a close-knit team.- Exposure in travel, airline and hotel industry would be advantageous but not essential.
