With over 100 members generating RM 2.5 billion in revenues, our community brings together experienced entrepreneurs and emerging business leaders to learn, grow, and succeed together. We focus on tech-enabled businesses and startups across various stages, from early-stage ventures to companies achieving RM 500 million in annual sales.
We are now seeking adynamic and results-driven Managerto help us grow our membership base and enhance the quality of experiences we provide to our esteemed members.
As the Entrepreneurs Programme Manager, you will:
Drive Membership Growth : Lead efforts to recruit new, high-quality members while maintaining the exclusivity and excellence of the program.
Enhance Programme Quality : Ensure that our members receive exceptional value through their engagement with the program.
Team Leadership : Manage and inspire a small team (2-3 members) to achieve high productivity and effective results.
Sales and Management : Take ownership of the sales process, including lead generation, tracking, and conversion. Simultaneously, oversee program operations to deliver a seamless experience for members.
Strategic Execution : Develop and execute strategies to grow membership and improve program offerings with a high degree of autonomy.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to achieve membership growth targets.
Manage leads effectively, track sales, and close deals with a focus on maintaining program quality.
Lead and manage the program team to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster relationships with members to enhance satisfaction, retention, and word-of-mouth referrals.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve goals.
Collaborate with NEXEA and top entrepreneurs to maintain the program's standing as the premier entrepreneurial community in the region.
Job RequirementsQualifications and Experience :
Proven track record in sales and/or business development, with a strong ability to drive results.
Experience managing a team and overseeing projects or programs.
Background in entrepreneurship is a significant bonus to understand and connect with our target audience.
