Reporting to the Senior Program Director, the Program Manager will lead programs and serve as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring timely attention to customer feedback and requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement successful program life cycles, monitoring financial performance, and analyzing business efficiency to maintain account profitability. The Program Manager will drive continuous improvement in cost and on-time delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and effective corrective actions. Additionally, you will oversee all contractual negotiations, ECN and RFQ between internal and external stakeholders, and stay updated on technological, regulatory, and operational changes.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead programs and be the primary interface between the company and customer, to ensure all customer feedback and requirements are attended to promptly.
Collaborate efficiently and effectively with cross functional teams within the organization to implement successful life cycle for each assigned program. This includes monitoring the financial status, conduct analysis on business efficiency and maintain the profitability of the customer account.
Review and drive continuous improvement in areas of cost and on-time delivery so that set goals and KPIs are all consistently met.
Ensure that customers satisfaction is consistently met, with issues managed promptly, corrective actions followed through and completed efficiently.
Be the focal point for all contractual negotiations, ECN, RFQ between internal and external stakeholders.
Keep abreast on technological, regulatory and operational changes that affects the activities and work processes of assigned program and take relevant action to suit these changes.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
8 years of working experience, of which, at least 5 years in a program management or administration role.
Candidates with supervisory experience and system management experience could be considered.
Experience in contract manufacturing environment. High preference with work experience in metal sheet, or metal fabrication industry.
Strong leadership skills and proven successful program management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in English both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently with cross functional teams.
Strong problem solving and numerical analytical skills.
Independent, self-driven, meticulous, detailed and result oriented.
