Program-Project Manager

1. Provides leadership and direction for assigned Program/Project. Provide guidance & coaching to the project team when needed. 2. Supports the present & future needs of Wolfspeed and the PM R&D Ipoh 3. Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost effectiveness. 4. Proven capabilities & knowledge of Program/Project management in the semiconductor industry especially with Automotive Customers is preferred. 5. Knowledge semiconductor OSAT backend process, NPI, QA systems & equipment is an advantage 6.
