Job Description Responsible for receiving of customer order (from sales team/client), make confirmation and order, arrangement on time, assist to the order review process, make confirmation and feedback to client.
Follow up project status and task from internal and external team.
If there is any issue, feedback to the customers on time.
Provide system training to client through Video conference call.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts by building and developing positive relationships often through phone calls and meetings, being the main point of contact.
Leverage the existing products knowledge to build and maintain credibility with clients, identify gaps and recommend solutions.
Identify new opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.
Negotiate contract terms with clients in accordance with organizations policies and liaise with technical support staff regarding technical solutions and support issues.
Understand customer requirements and priorities to make the right business decisions.
Job Requirements Able to work independently to deliver key financial targets Proven communication skills to maintain relationships with all levels within an account.
Approachable with strong interpersonal skills in attending to customers needs.
Passionate and hardworking individuals that can work in a team Reliable experience in a Sales / Account Management related field Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/ "O"Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin is a MUST due to business nature.
