Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and relevant departments to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
Manage and develop long-term relationships with key clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth and broaden market reach.
Collaborate with internal teams (Products, Marketing, Tech, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients and partners.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with new and existing partners, structuring terms for mutual benefit.
Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of products and services to clients and partners.
Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to identify business development opportunities.
Provide performance reports and business reviews to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Address and resolve any client or partner issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Effectively manage the operation of property projects to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role within the iGaming industry.
Demonstrated experience managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and building partnerships with key stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory considerations.
Proficiency in developing and implementing strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Skilled in analyzing market data, financial metrics, and performance reports to guide decision-making.
Strong organizational, coordination, and team leadership abilities.
