Project Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our finance team. As a project accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative & accounting operation (AP, AR, GL); prepare monthly income statements, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
Prepare & analyze monthly project financial reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax regulations (e.g., E-invoice compliance & implementation).
Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers & other team members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
