Project Admin (Developer)

1. Admin experience in the construction/developer industry, OR Fresh grad from construction field education background (Building, Project Management, QS etc)2. Maintain and update files documentation and drawings (both electronic and hardcopy)3. Add marks if have a basic concept of Authority submission (BP, KM, Bumi Release etc.)4. Follow up with Consultants/ Authority officer on submission status5. To prepare payment for Authority/ Consultants/ Contractors, and follow up on the payment status with the Account Dept.6. To schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes.8.
