Project Admin(Handle F&B Retail Project)/Immediate

**Responsibilities**:- **Assist project manager** in creating project plans, timelines, and objectives.- **Coordinate with stakeholders** to define project scope and requirements.- Help in **resource allocation and management** for the project.- Facilitate clear and **effective communication between team members and stakeholders.**:- **Update project progress** to stakeholders and management through reports and meetings.- Ensure that **project information and documentation are properly distributed and accessible to all relevant parties.**:- Track project tasks and deadlines, follow up on team members' activities to ensure accountability.- Assist in identifying and assessing project risks and uncertainties.- Assist in conducting quality assurance checks and reviewing project outputs.- Implement processes to address any quality issues or deviations.- Assist in monitoring project expenses and budget allocations.- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, project files, and progress reports.**Requirements**:- **Minimum of 3 year of working experience in the related field **is required for this position.
