Project Admin

Job Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for managing, maintaining, compiling, and filing project reports.
Assisting, supporting, and ensuring the project deadlines are met for the project team.
Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
Communicating effectively with all involved project personnel regarding modifications, updates, and progress.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Implementing any ad-hoc instructions as required.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
