Project Admin

**Working Location**- Kuala Lumpur- Genting Highland, Pahang- To provide the administrative support to the project department, including setting up meeting and responsible to arrange, coordinate and keep track of any meetings and business appointment.- Maintain schedules and calendars as well as arrange and confirm appointments.- Handling incoming and outgoing mails and other material- Coordinate the flow of informative both internally and externally, tracking deadlines and follow up with respective parties.- Responsible to create and maintain proper filing system, documentation and monitoring of internal controls.- Able to complete task assign by Project Manager within a tight time frame.- General office management such as ordering stationary, organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers.- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior manager.**Job Requirement**- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia- Fresh Graduate are welcomed.- Willing to relocate**Benefits**- Fixed Allowance- Outstation Allowance- Meal Allowance- Accommodation provided**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
