We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Admin with a background in construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will support project activities, ensure efficient office management, and assist with project documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and easy access.Manage office supplies inventory, coordinate orders, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the team.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project-related documents.Accurately input and update data in company systems and project databases.Maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices and expense reports.Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or project admin, preferably in the construction industry.Proficiency in project management practices and tools.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.Effective communication skills in English and Malay (both written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.Willing to travel.Working location: Cheras & Serdang


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
